KRZR K1m: can't access my voicemail, password won't detect
 

I'm with Telus, and whenever I go to my Voicemail, and it asks me,

"Please enter your password"

So I key in my 4 digit password, the numbers show up on my phone, but nothing happens.

Then after a few seconds, it will say "Hello, are you still there?"

I haven't been able to access my voicemail since I got this new phone.

Is there some setting on this phone, like touch tone or whatever it's called??

Go to settings..initial setup..dtmf..and choose either short or long..restart phone and try to access it

I was debating whether to just go out to a Telus store and have them "fix" it or just make a post on RS.
