What I've always wanted to know is, if there was an afterparty at the special olympics, and the song "Let's get retarded" was played, would people dance or would they be offended?

Also, would they try and act MORE retarded? I mean, what happens when you ask a retarded person to act more retarded? Are they smart enough to know how to act more retarded if they are already retarded?
