any body know where i can find a good affordable body shop to do some work?

I have a lip kit that needs to be painted and mounted, a spoiler that needs to be removed, mouldings that need to be painted and if i could have my whole car touched with a few dings removed that would be awesome

if someone could let me know or give me some clue how much this would cost and if there's a place out there that is affordable and does great work.
