Ninja edits are gay. Just like the users (except for the mods) on this forum.

JSALES 03-24-2009 09:13 PM

what a dumbass

SkinnyPupp 03-24-2009 09:15 PM

He should have tried it on his 3rd failure... Clearly the tester didn't accept the bribe because he was so bad, he didn't want to be liable in case the guy killed someone with his car!

3seriesBeeM 03-24-2009 09:35 PM

geez what a weak bribe. 400 is so not enough get in the 6 digits and than your talking. This guy needs to do his homework on bribery Lowballing a person with authority aint the right choice

weird,

$300 worked for me.

slammer111 03-25-2009 02:18 AM

Some Chinese woman got convicted of trying to bribe her tester with $200 a while back. $400 isn't bad.

With that said, considering the ICBC road tests are already a joke, you have to be stupidly bad to fail that many times.

Euro7r 03-25-2009 02:52 AM

Hahha, don't know how someone can fail so many times.

Nightwalker 03-25-2009 02:57 AM

Anyone that brides to pass the roadtest is a fucking moron. Just learn to drive and save your money, you're going to need these basic skills anyway.

Mugen EvOlutioN 03-25-2009 07:19 AM

Not surprised it's in Richmond again

ICBC driving test bribe charges brought against two people - British Columbia - CBC News

Quote:

Two people have been accused of trying to bribe their ICBC driving examiners during road tests in Richmond, B.C. last year.

According to court documents, Li Liu and Shun Zhu were both charged with the crime of bribing a government official in April and June 2014 respectively.

ICBC's Adam Grossman says road test examiners aren't offered bribes that often.

"In 2014, we had only nine instances out of close to 500,000 road and knowledge tests," he says.

"At the same time, though, we treat this very seriously. Bribery to a government official is a criminal code offence, so we'll proceed with charges when we feel it's appropriate."

Grossman adds over the past seven years ICBC had less than 60 instances of bribery.

He says their examiners are taught not to return the bribe if offered one. Instead they are to take it to their managers, and the bribe itself becomes evidence.

Both Liu and Zhu are slated to appear in Richmond Provincial Court in late May.

It's how it is done in the motherland, you know. Even if you have the skills, it doesn't hurt to grease the wheels a bit with a little customary incentive...

tiger_handheld 05-14-2015 09:06 PM

what's are the words used in the grease line at the local club?

I've always been curious as to what gets said and done before the hand shake.
