Luckiest Man Alive!

In a horrific accident sandwiched between 2 BIG RIGS, the driver walks away practically without a scratch. An older vid but trully amazing!
GO SUBARU!

That's nuts.

With that said, you'd think they'd put better (ie somewhat more compatible) bumpers on semis these days.. many of them could easily clear the trunk of your car.

So he saw the thing coming from behind.. I'm guessing he ducked inside his car, knowing that he would be pushed into the trailer infront of him, which would clear everything about the hood of the car. If he hadn't ducked, he would've been decapitated.

And i also suspect they left the details out about exactly how he reacted inside the car, because if you tell people that "I simply just ducked to avoid decapitation", then it doesn't seem as 'lucky' or randomly by chance

Let's face it, if he was in a corolla, duck or no duck, he would be dead. :D

they have anti-submarine bars on trailers now to prevent this.

however, in this case. the absence of one is probably one of the main factors of his survival.

had there been on there, his car would not have gone under the trailer, and would have been folded in half. instead it was just crammed under the backside of the trailer..
