So I need a new phone
 

So I'm sick and tired of my iphne. I would like a phone with a keyboard. I was thinking a blackberry bold or javalin but I think I'll need a touchscreen. Only thing is I HATE windows mobile. I would also like a good balance of battery life and reception and na 3g.

So what do you phone junkies think? Maybe a Prada 2?

The BB Bold? Seriously? Even with the smaller screen, and no touch screen? I played around with one a little today, and the keys felt really good, but I'm just not sure yet.

I really want a N97, but I thought it would be out by now.

2 Months. If you can hold out, it should be out by then. However, you'll be paying an inflated price with possible QA issues for being an early adopter. Just go BB now and change later when N97 prices settle. Nothing wrong with the Bold...except you gotta get data.

Iunno, I sold my iPhone 3G to get the Bold...

I don't know, the Bold was pretty much everything I was looking for. In terms of features, I'm more of a communication first, fun and games second.

in your opinion yes, i have both, i prefer the bold because it isn't a toy.

i just wonder what the new iphone will look like... if it ever comes out as a slider, i will buy a new one.

I think it all comes down to personal preference. The iphone is geared more for media, the bold for work purposes.

yet the iphone has all the apps and more for the "business" side of things

the only thing iphone lacks is the copy/paste feature

imo BB messanger is really the only feature missing, "Push" email is irrelevent because u can check almost any email provider in under 5 seconds
