Marge: Homer, there's a man here who thinks he can help you.
Homer: Batman?
Marge: No, he's a scientist.
Homer: Batman's a scientist.
Marge: It's NOT Batman.

Well if you look at the new skytrain colors thats what all buses/ 70 new skytrains will look like, Translink right now is trying to make everything look the same as much as possible. Including old expo stations main street and metrotown renovations are going to be huge, broadway is being renovated right now.

and one concept from translink for metrotown station

Canada Line is part operated by SNC-Lavlin, who goes by InTransit BC. They own all the trains for the line until the P3 lease is over, so they control whatever they want Canada line to look like, thats why the line was designed with such small capacity, TransLink has no say whatsoever. Basically canada line is not ran by skytrain operations (translink), so it will never be branded the same as the rest of skytrain (expo, expo surrey extension, millennium, evergreen). T

In BC, you look on the calendar because by law it occurs in May every 4 years.

this is pretty cool

one more step towards officially becoming Hongcouver

just need to throw in check-in desks at aberdeen, and luggage racks on the bottom of the skytrain, and we have the mall to airport service!!

willystyle 03-30-2009 09:54 AM

How much would it cost to ride on the Canada Line?

Christ, Hong Kong isn't the only city in the world with an airport service. In fact most cities with rail transit do.

Probably the same as how much it costs now.
I'm wondering if students can still ride it for free if they have Upass.
