Witness Needed
 
My brothers 09 Lancer was parked behind blockbuster near 41st and Boulevard in Kerrisdale between the times 12 noon till 10pm at night. A car hit his driver side fender and left. If anybody saw the car that hit it or has any info that would be appreciated. More info tmrw if needed
