Exclamation Turn Signals, NOT WORKING?!

so, it "just" started to happen, so randomly.
Whenever i try to make a Left turn, i turn my signal on. (Duh!)

It SUPPOSED TO BE blink,

However, i can see the green signal pops up on the speedo, but doesnt blink,
i go outside and check, the amber turn signal turns on, doesnt blink.

It Only happens to the LEFT side.

Even if i try to turn on Right turn signal on,
Again, Left turn signal pops up on the speedo and doesnt blink.

it happend around 5 times past 2 days,
Whenever it happened,
i tried to turn on "right turn signal" but nothing happens, nothing changes.

Here's a interesting thing tho,

When it happened, i slightly pushed gas (just like when you try to show off your exhaust sound on a plot with gear on Neutral)
then it starts to blink.

Is it going to be a wiring problem?

Only thing that i can think of that may caused wiring = HID? or Neons underneath dash?

Or, is it gonna be because of battery prob?

Batery died on me 4times already (last yr) and haven't changed yet cuz didnt think of it as a big deal, but recently i felt way less power(esp. start up the engine every morning) + screen on aftermarket deck sometimes blinks,
so..i thought maybe battery is a cause for all these things?

Thanks in advance.

**UPDATE**

1. Doesnt Falsh anymore, just on forever
2. even if it flashes 'sometimes', its really slow
3. Headlight doesnt work when turn signal(Driver's side) doesnt flash
4. whenever i turn on High Beams, only driver's side turn signal turns on, stays on, + actual headlights and high beam doesnt work.
(passenger side headlight/high meam works tho)
5. Hazard lights dont work either
6. kept turned on with drls + interior lights even after rmoving keys and locked door.
7. when key's on ignition, driver's side turn signal automatically pops up, turns on and stays on forever -_-;
8. sometimes, when i rev hard on neutral / or high speed cruising on hwy, problem goes away temp.
