Go to Home Depot and only Home depot and grab some 3M heavy mounting double sided tap. I used 2 other brands of double sided tape on my eyelids and it was a FAIL! The 3M brand is doing ok on my eyelids right now. It's like 5 bucks a roll which is pretty reasonable.

Just make sure you purcase the one that holds the heaviest stuff. You can try Diaso tape if you like, but I'm sure your lip will be somewhere on the road in pieces.

Make sure you clean the surface well before using the tape. Use Goo Gone if needed to get the surface extra clean.

3M, it's strong enough to mount bodykits.

I think u should step it up and use JBWELD.

JBweld has no give to it
hit moderately it'll just give out

I agree that 3M is the way to go for the tape.

BUT

It won't hold a toothpick in place if both surfaces aren't prepped well. Take the extra time and make sure both surfaces are clean, dry and wax free.

^ +1

I would wipe the surfaces with isopropyl alcohol (won't harm your paint) to guarantee a clean bond
