I think the device does help by taking some weight off the front, but $800 USD is rediculous... You can probably put something together at Home Depot for 1/10 of that price.

I think the dog's dick is strapped so that it's in pre-aimed peeing position. I think he'd have problem lifting a leg, like other dogs.
