Help: JVC AVX44

Just wondering if anyone has a experiance with this deck. I had a Pioneer stealth touch screen deck in my car and I have just replaced it with the JVC touch screen multi media deck and now my Subs won't work. The Amp is hooked up to the 'Sub' out but it does'nt seem to be getting a signal from the deck. I have the front speakers set to 'small' and the Bypass set to 'through' and it's still not working. I've called JVC and they said that that is the only settings that I can change that would affect the subs.
Anyonehave any experience with this deck or have any suggestions?

Is the amp turning on? How are the RCA's? Try plugging the RCAs inot the rear channels to test that output.

Or bring it by a sponsor's shop so they can see whats going on. Most of us don't bite unless you ask us to.
