Dark blue Protege5 w/ GM ITR wheels

Just wondering if it has other ITR parts too such as engine and such, there has been a few ITR powered Protege5's ive seen on the internet, anyone know that car? How did he fit those on there? The offset is completly different, my old Protege5 i tryed putting 01 Prelude wheels on and the offset would not fit.

I know the car you are talking about. Park near him every day. As far as I know, it's only running the ITR wheels. I believe he works at Signature Mazda. Have talked to his brother before.

I have never seen nor heard of a Protege/Protege5 with any other engine than the stock, or the 3L V6 KL from the MX3/MX6
