| Windows Mail crashes/Screwy DVD drive
problem 1: my laptop has Vista and lately Windows Mail crashes every few minutes it seems, I let it check for fixes but it hasn't found one yet, anyone else having this problem?
problem 2: my desktop DVD drive refuses to stay closed. I watched a movie and after I ejected the movie, everytime I push the drive and it closes, it only stays closed for a moment then pops back out again. it's now unplugged as I kept kicking it and don't want to break it anymore.
help?
