what is the bolt size for the distributor base that mounts to the head of a 93 cv si?
 

Hi there everyone,

For Car: 93 honda civic si 1.6L

gonna replace my distributor cap/rotor whole assebly...

the 3 bolts that mount to the head (one of them looks liks ass and thank God it didnt snap on me on removal.)

****would like to know the size of those bolts?****

look in service manual, tried googling it, tried revscene search..but sol

would greatly appreciate the help.

PS: my last resort would be to guestimate at home depot....

If you mean the distributor assembly bolts, the head of the bolts are 12mm, if i remember correctly, i think the thread size is 8 x 1.25mm

for sure gonna pull that old bolt and replace it with a new 12mm bolt w/ thread size 8 x 1.25mm;

Right now i installed the new distributor assembly w/ old bolt... but gonna replace asap with one suggested..
