last time i looked utorrent didnt exist on osx but maybe im wrong, i used transmission, very easy to use

Transmission kicks ass, the web interface is really handy for checking, stopping or adding torrents from almost anywhere (from a diff computer, on your phone, at work, etc). uTorrent for Mac is good too, Azureus/Vuze sucks balls!
