Body Work Help

He guys so the other week I went out 4xing with a few buds and I hit a tree and dented the side of my box in. My problem is that its a double walled box so I can't push it out from the inside. I just want to pull as much of it out as i can I don't care if it doesn't look like new but I just want it to look better then it does. I have tried to use a Plunger but it couldn't create a suction to pull it out. Any ideas how to pull this one out? Here is a pic of the carnage...

Also I am wanting to spray bomb the doors silver so they match the rest of the truck. After i wet sand the clear off of the doors should i primer the door or just spray the color? Again it doesn't need to look perfect just want it all one color. It is only a Bush Beater so.....

Thanks
Matt

see if you can borrow a tip welder and pull hammer.. grind the bare metal. weld, then pull.
