Quick...where can I buy a harddrive on Sunday? I found the cheapest at A-power for $100. It's a Seagate 2.5" 7200RPM 320GB/16MB cache with G-force drop protection. I dropped my macbook on the ground last week and I've been busy recovering information on my damaged harddrive, I forgot to go get a new one to get back online for Monday. HELP! And I'm not going to Futureshop or Bestbuy to get ripped off for double the cost. :whipped: |
If you're desperate, you could go to Costco and get a 2.5" external, and remove the HD from the case.... 250GB is $70 and 500GB is $170. |
Crystal Mall? |
Craigslist |
Thanks...the harddrive I want has drop protection which I would like. I've dropped two notebooks and the 1st one broke the screen, I'm lucky the harddrive wasn't damaged. And this time my harddrive was damaged but the rest of the notebook was fine. Since solid state is $$$$$ I will settle with a HD with that protection. I just looked at craigslist but I haven't found any models with drop protection. |
That's a pretty good price for that drive already... But this place is open until 4pm... http://www.genericcomputer.com/c-92-...Notebook_.html |

Their Viking location use to be open on Sundays IIRC, then I checked on the site and it said that they're closed, so I guess you have to phone in. |
I think the Richmond NCIX location stopped opening Sundays. |
All times are GMT -8. The time now is 05:30 PM. |
