qustion on cleaning microfibre wash mitt i've started using optimum no rinse car wash with a new microfiber wash mitt. i'm getting a much better clean out of the optimum, but after i'm done the mitt gets really black and dosen't rinse with just water. i would have to either hand wash it in detergent or use simple green to get worst of the black stuff out. is this normal? |
The best way to clean microfiber towels, mits or anything thats microfiber is to throw them in the washing machine with your ordinary towels and throw in a special microfiber detergent like Micro-Restore Microfiber Detergent or DP Microfiber Cleaner and their both safe for your ordinary towels also. |
I used a cleaning detergent that I found in the laundry room and it got the majority of the stains out. I then washed it in my Micro-Restore MF Detergent. Now my Canadian Tire mitt is almost as soft as my wax removing microfiber haha |
