What kind of question is that? Have you never been around anyone who has drank or have you never drank? I think 99.99999999% of the adults (even teens) can tell you the answer to that based on their past.

I haven't been drunk in probably 10 years and don't drink to get drunk so no worries here. It effects different people differently. Some people talk a lot truth or not, others become violent, some laid back and others straight up annoying. It probably does make you a little bit more open so I guess it might be considered a truth serum but a weak one at best.
