Work wheels valvestem O-RING leak

Hi all, i just installed some new tires on my work vs-xx and found one has a medium sized leak 15psi over a week or so. i traced it to the valvestem where it meets the inside of the rim, it looks like the rubber Orings need to be replaced. I called a tireshop and the guy said that japanese wheels have smaller valvestem diameters and i would need to source my own oring but he'd be happy to install it. didnt really seem right to me any one know what i can do?

when i asked, work wheels sell specific valve stems for their wheels. i would suggest that you contact your local work dealer and order up. it's not going to be cheap, but the tradeoff is being flat on the side of the road.
