4. Learned from experience, school was a necessary evil to get the piece of paper
5. It pays the bills
6. Current job since Oct 08. I have 7 years experience since graduating, and 2 years co-op.

I'm a recent graduate in Kinesiology and Health Science. I want to become a Chiropractor, but if not that, I would have no idea on what to do...

Good luck with the change. People think I'm crazy to make a switch but people really don't understand that money is not everything, especially when you're making decent cash.

4. 50/50, learned a lot of stuff on my own when I started working or at home.
5. Yup, tons of perks like free travel but have to put up with messed up hours.

I know someone who works a union job as general laborer at one of the grain elevators in North Van and he brings home almost $100,000 a year (with overtime and grave yard shifts) and he's only 25. He said 50% of the time he sits around and gets so bored that he takes a nap for a couple hours.

4. Yes you build the basic building blocks and foundation but its more how you apply that to the real life situation
5. Sometimes. It gets boring stuck in a cubicle the whole day and looking at the samething time and time again.

2. Good enough for a student, working super flex hours
3. In the process of completing a BBA
4. Yes. However, I learn more on the job, than I do in class. Sometimes I'm able to apply my work knowledge to problems in class - those are the best!
5. Yes, It's always super busy, and always something challenging or something that needs improving.
6. Still in school :)
