I'm a recent graduate in Kinesiology and Health Science. I want to become a Chiropractor, but if not that, I would have no idea on what to do...

Anyways im a Server administrator. No schooling after HS besides the odd certification and i make 65k

I think it's typical for IT. Frequently though the positions are contract and do not include benefits.

Better than a teacher in school

ya it's a pretty sweet job to have while in school . i mean obviously some nights are slow and people are cheap and some nights are busy and people are generous, so it depends... but i keep track of what i make and it usually is around the $24/25/hr range

yeah some servers make a shit load of money. i guess it always depends which restaurant you work at. when i was at hotel vancouver, servers made atleast ~200 a night depending how busy it gets. also, they're hourly isn't that low either..

hm well that's how much i make hourly hahaha, i don't think i'd make that up

i work at Moxie's, so obviously the more expensive restaurant you work at the higher your tips will be, i'm hoping to go somewhere with a higher price level soon

JOB #1

1. Business Manager Fundco XYZ
2. Salary works out to $48.70 based on a 37.5 hour work week but I'm pretty much on call 24/7 Bonus can be large or small (for example this year it's $0) A good year I've seen people do $50k a month extra.
3. Undergraduate Degree, CFP expired, CFA
4. None whatsoever although that's not to say it's easy. Requires a really fast learning curve that's always changing
5. No, I hate it. In fact, because of this I'm going back to school and applying to surgery at UBC med
6. The exact job now about 3 years but the industry for about 7 years.

JOB #2

1. Day trader
2. Enough

4. In fact education made it harder for me to trade in the beginning
5.Stressful as hell, especially now with a larger account. Try enjoying your weekend when on Friday morning you lost more than some people make in a year. No security at all. You can make a million today, and tomorrow be broke.
