filing income tax for two jobs

when I fill out my 'T1 General 08' form, do I list my numbers as the sum of both jobs? or do i fill out one form per job?

when I mail my return, should I mail the entire package of forms, including the stuff that I left blank? i'm only a high school student who made 5k this year, so I don't have anything else to account for. Do I have to include my T4 forms?

Thanks guys

get a program like quick tax etc... it'll take you 5 mins. I think there are some online ones for free. then you don't need to send anything in.

yes you add them together.

if you do it by hand, then yes you need to include one copy of the the t4's etc. (you should have been given 2 copies of each)

Like johny said, use Quicktax. It's free and simple to use. As long as you have your T4s for both jobs, it shouldnt take you more than a few minutes.

forgot to ask this, one more question:
I didn't file for a return for 2007. Same story. Can I still file for one now? I still have my t4.

Yes you can file for previous years. Mail both 07 and 08 papers together.
