People with experience have opinions, and might have their own way of doing things, and therefore they may not be able to me molded into the kind of employee that company wants.

i worked at cactus, as a cook in kelowna, with 4 year experience and an apprenticeship under my belt from fine dining restaraunts in the interior (i needed the job, moved to a new town lol) and it was a very difficult adjustment for me, i knew more about food than the people running the place, but i had enough sense to not correct them, it was a very much our way and only our way kind of place, i can see where molding newbs rather than experienced people would be preferable

ps i still go there for the talent, even tho i could cook better at home for cheaper

No. There are lots of women that work at Joeys/Cactus/Earls with little or no breasts. I really do not think a lack of breasts would disqualify an otherwise attractive person with an attractive personality.

What is more likely is that an ugly BITCH gets turned away, and instead of accepting the fact that she was turned down based on something she actually could change, she just shifts the blame to something she has no control over, thereby blaming everyone else except herself.

Well for starters, if a place asks you to submit your resume along with a photo of yourself... that could be a hint. Still, that's not any solid proof, but you'll have to be at least suspicious.

I don't know if this applies for restaurants, but it sure did at some store my friend applied at before. I think it was some earring store in metrotown. Mimosa or something. Forgot what's it called.

eh... some restaurants want non qualified workers for varies reason.. (ex. noobs dont bring bad old habits with them, which allows the restaurant to work a there standard into the employee easier)

I think Earls and Joeys are pretty close in terms of food quality, except I think Joeys has a bigger menu selection and slightly better prices. Also Joeys has that awesome slushie drink.

Overall the food at these places is pretty decent, IMO. It's too expensive for just the food however.

The extra cost goes towards the atmosphere and the talent... and I agree, someone else has said that large knockers are NOT a "requirement" to work at these places and I agree. However, one would need to be a looker - most of the servers are the athletic types rather than buxom, anyways.

Now working at hOOters requires a reasonable asset balance....
