Forcefed supra goes 9's

Tonight the Forcefed Supra goes 9.93@150.3mph with a stick shift. The forcefed Rx7 went 10.14@143.86mph with a stick shift. Fastest imports in the lower mainland so far. Both on factory drivetrains. Challengers?

Culture_Vulture 05-02-2009 03:30 AM

huh?

videos please :)

Hilarous that even they got sick of the peice of shit rotaries and wound up going faster without them. IIRC the rx-7 is a gutted race car and the supra is full interior to boot.

I'm surprised Timpo's not the OP in this thread.

JHatta 05-02-2009 01:43 PM

^Yup, a dynojet tho

Death2Theft 05-02-2009 05:37 PM

Why would he post in a thread without body mods and with actual real measured performance? Are you high?

Super awesome guys!! I love the work they do. Wandered in the shop the other day while delivering some parts and wow. Very nice, very impressed at what was going on in there. Wish people weren't so obsessed with drag times though....those cars are capable for so much more than straight line racing. I don't see the point.

there's nothing wrong w/a dynojet is there? I hear they record more "accurate" (higher numbers) horsepower readings compared to some other dyno brands.

was ForceFed's Supra an automatic or manual? those are some wicked fast times!

billboa 05-03-2009 07:48 AM

is this the black supra with the big ol' intercooler sitting on the trailer?

Tmack 05-04-2009 03:04 PM

Yup thats the one.

shenmecar 05-04-2009 03:19 PM

factory drivetrains eh.........not for long!

Tmack 05-04-2009 04:14 PM

His first run he actually grabbed 1st gear after 2nd gear, rhd and nerves i guess. Thought for sure the tranny would blow but it kept on ticking, and the rear end held up beautifully as well.

The Supra is completely gutted actually. And the RX7 has at least a passenger seat in it, so I'm afraid you're wrong with that.

and I'd mention displacement as to the "piece of shit" comment, but, that always comes up anyways.

Pictures of both are posted here.
