man the idiot who decided to kick the door down should be fired. his team should be suspended!
rcmp should be monitary liable for every goof up they do, although no amount of money can recover the dead or bring back a sense of normalcy.
im starting to hate the Rcmp!
they do 10 good things and 1 major f/u that wipes off the 10 good , and then a few more...

what's the educational requirement to join the RCMP? maybe they need to bump it up a bit to ensure that you can at least read numbers

they are train to bite and hold and shake. their pain threshold is pretty high too. police dogs have been know to take bullets and still continue attacking/holding on to his "prey"

Hanging out in the wrong places? Would that be West van where all the rich people hide from the rest of Vancouver? Or Richmond where all the Asians stick to themselves? Or Surrey where all the Indians congregate? Or maybe under a bridge where the Aboriginals have been stuck. Or the DTES with all the homeless?
For the most "left" city in Canada, the racial/economic separation of people is hard to turn a blind eye to, maybe you have cause you've lived here so long. You can say that's not technically "racism" if you want, that's its just "sticking with their own kind" 
People here care so little they don't even acknowledge the presence of the homeless anymore, my first walk downtown was eye-opening, even arrogant Torontians aren't so heartless.
