Think it like this, when the fact that you kill/rape/rob a bank, u go to jail for life or death penalty. I disagree with charging the death to the accomplice. However, I strongly disagree that an owner should have to defend their actions in regards to protecting their family and possessions.

Intent follows the bullet.

Canada's system is very friendly to the criminal, and I believe its because they can be. Even with the gang shootings, we are still a very low crime country. I think that as crime increases, our laws will do the same.

And I as a Canadian DO NOT want the amount of people with guns that the US has.

While on the subject of US vs. Canada...have you ever looked at the prison population south of the border? It's a fucking industry that relies on massive amounts of people entering and not leaving the system. Hell...they even have privately owned prisons. Nice. I want someone profiting from that. Sadly, its mostly blacks and hispanics.

I'll take weak ass Canadian system over corrupt and capitalist any day.
