laptop keyboard issue Ok, so every so often my laptop keyboard starts being a stupid piece of shit and changing around the key meanins, IE a Question mark is É the At Symbol is ". If I restart it fixes it, but I just want to turn off this stupid god damn fucking feature so it doesn`t happen. Any suggestionsÉ FUCK |
hit shift + control at the same time takes a few attempts, but that generally fixes it when it makes accented letters, it's in it's french keyboard mode. it never bothered me that much for me to go find a way to turn it off but check control panel and keyboard and see if there's one for french |
if you have your keyboard language option on your task bar you can change it from there without restarting the computer! |
My comp's language switch is alt-shift. |
control panel -> regional and language options -> languages tab -> details look around to see if french keyboard is enabled, find it and delete it from the profile... that's what I did with my pos bilingual aspire one and I've never had any problems again. |
Thanks everyone |
