I met Bashir last night at Glowbal, last time I talk to him was a few years back, he walks up to me and he's like "hey, I remember you", kind of shocked he remembered me. His F430 was parked outside so I’m like I’m going to come down to your shop next week for a ride, he started laughing and he's like anytime. I can honestly say that I have yet to meet a person nicer and so down to earth than Bashir.
I also spotted 4 Gallardos last night in Yaletown, which included a SL and a yellow one from Alberta with the plate "gallardo". Also spotted a beautiful red GTR with wheels parked infront Opus with some white writing on the windows, I think the car was at the track during the day.

Lol, seen the same car on Friday parked infront of Il Giardino di Umberto. We all need to do a RS meet there one of these weekends and stalk out all the exotics that show up there on the weekends.

You don't have to buy expensive things in Richmond to be baller, you can lease it.

You can't just lease them like you lease out a normal car and just return it after the lease is up. Ws6ta explained exotic leasing in a thread last year.

Leasing a car like the new 560-4
the downpayment would be around 75,000
financing a 350k car would be like 8000$
but leasing it stilll would be at least 5k
if you think that doesnt mean you are ballin
then i dont know what you are talking about

^ You're correct. Weissach sometimes posts the leasing information on their site for the Lambo's and you're correct about the down payment, at the bare min. it's a $75,000 down payment or trade in for a Gallardo/LP560-4 and the payments still work out to be around $3000/month.
Here's details for a 2005 F430 priced at $200,000 from autoone:
To Lease:
Monthly Payment: $1,990
Down Payment: $75,000
Term: 36
Residual Value: $75,000
Interest Rate: 6.99%
To Finance
Monthly Payment: $2,643
Down Payment: $100,000
Term: 60 Months
Interest Rate: 8.14%

looking at this thread with co-worker and his comment was what kind of people drive these? he's seen a few and the people in them look like they are in their 20's. were these cars obtained legitimately? ie. gangsters with leased rides? bulletproof glass and armor plating?

like my group
it consists for many c63's, CLS 55's, SLK 55's well almost any AMG you can think of, 2 LP560, and many other exotics
its the group you hang with
