Driving to Whistler, where to park?

hey guys, planning to drive to Whistler just for a day.
anyone know where's a good/cheap place to park the car ? for like 6-8 hours?
thanks

I dunno about these days, but we used to park in the Blackcomb day lot for free.

I just googled "free parking in whistler" and this was the first hit:

I usually park at blackcomb as well, problem is people see cars sitting there all day, and i've heard/seen break ins that were pretty bad.

day lots are your best bet

over night lots are pretty empty this time of year ( no boarding / no biking yet )

creekside has parking as well

as for break ins, be smart. dont leave anything visibile, keep your glovebox open and hope for the best

They actually broke into a buddy's mazda3 and took his pack of gum. he had to drive home with an open window >_<

sweet,
are these parking lots free?
or couple $$ a day kinda thing

If you're just going for the day, park in the day lot. It's free.
