I acquired a 1991 Civic Si a little while ago with a blown DOHC ZC in it. I bought a SOHC VC engine to swap in, but I've decided to pursue a different vehicle.
The body is in great shape, the only rust is a couple bubbles underneath the rear quarter panel. It's lowered and has a short throw shifter.
At this time, I don't wish to part out anything from the shell, but I will sell the motor separately for the right offer.
I'm pretty firm on $800 for the swap ready entire thing, as I put in about $1500.
