ilde problem ideas what it could be?

I have a B16a swaped into a 98 civic dx hatch has been running well then all of the sudden when the car is idleing funny it goes from 1000rpm and works its way to 550rpm then jumps back to 1000 and repeats it self. Any ideas why the engine is doing this?

Check for vacuum leaks.
