FS: 97 BMW 740il full alpine type R sound system $8500 OBO

Silver 1997 BMW 740IL with full black leather interior and wood trim in mint condition
Full alpine sound system- 4 type R crossover speakers powered by alpine pdx4.100 amplifier.
2 type r subs powered by an Alpine V-power amplifier
2g for the system installed because it was a full rewire install.. the after market alpine deck model iDa-x001 with iPod capabilities as well... steering wheel functions still work and control the aftermarket alpine deck.
And 1 stinger 1.2 farad capacitor
Car is lowered on springs I believe 2.0 inch in the back and 1.5 in the front.
Has 8000k hid (blue lights as headlights).
4.4L 282hp v8 automatic that pulls very hard.
tint on the front windows has been removed because i was forced to remove it by the cops so it is no longer on the front windows as shown in the pictures...
Aftermatket 18" bmw m5 rims off the 2001(I believe it's 2001) m5 with low profile Goodyear eagle f1 Z rates tires with great tread left!
Car has 248,XXX km and runs strong!

bump, for you.

i think you'll have an easier time selling it with the stock sound system, its really good.

having an after market deck in an amazing car like this just doesn't go!

fyi the E38's are amazing! they hug the ground like no other vehicle.

yea it had a HK sound system but it was blown.. so i bought all alpine type R stuff off ebay and tried to do it myself but it didnt work to well so i had it installed at audiolines in burnaby.. putting the stock sound system in would take a lottt of time and would be pretty hard. and yea thanks man the E38's do hug the ground pretty nicely.. you can take corners like no other in this baby!!
