Shopping in the states.

I am planning to go to the states since the rate is getting better now and I need some suggestions on where to go. I've been to Bellisfair and the Premium Outlet many times before, just wondering if anybody has any other suggestions. I hear Portland is good because they're cheap and no tax. It would be helpful if you could provide the name of the mall/outlet so I can google it and add it to my GPS.

Anybody been to Nordstrom Rack in Seattle? My buddy tells me they have good prices for Rock & Republic jeans, but when I hit up their site it's average price.

If you want to do some outlet shopping in Oregon, Portland is good simply because you don't pay tax but if you want to do some real bargain hunting, try Lincoln City on the Oregon Coast. You'll find a lot of brand name goods at a MUCH lower cost compared to what you'll find in Portland. Lincoln City isn't huge so you'll see the outlets or do a quick Google search.

As for Nordstrom Rack, the one in Seattle isn't that great. Try the Nordstrom Rack in Alderwood or Bellevue. There are many other Nordstrom Racks out there so keep your options open. I was in Seattle over the weekend. Most Rocks go for $100'ish and change at the Rack but not at Nordstrom (the regular one.)
