Might have better luck in Coquitlam, as that is an Indonesian brand... and lots of Indonesians in Coquitlam.

Almost any cigar shop in downtown will sell u djarum blacks, i got mine from this cigar shop beside Puff, near granville station.

Had 'em in New Orleans a few months ago, and last year I was able to buy them in Seattle. I know they've got a market here...
