Cheapest/best place to powdercoat wheels?
 

I'm looking to powdercoat my stock wheels.
I've used the search function but it seems like all the powdercoat threads are from at least 2 years ago.
Nonetheless, I've gotten the gist that Greens and Panthers don't do powdercoating.
Someone here used Rainbow in Coquitlam a couple of years ago and came out with pretty good results. I don't have any contact for Rainbow though and I even tried searching on yellowpages.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

panther recommends NOT to powdercoat wheels as it is too easy to chip. Its best to have them painted and Panther does that. We can take care of that job for you as they pick up here, and then they will quote the job.

painting the wheels is so expensive though. id rather spend a couple hundred bucks to powder coat my wheels than to spend 660 bucks to paint them

if they chip i can just powder coat them again. even if i powdercoat the wheels twice itd still be cheaper than painting them @ panthers. lol.

Why don't you try and paint them yourself. It really isn't that hard. I am sure there a quite a few good DIYs on the internet you can search up.
