Question about interview attire for a school program

I have a quick question and it's interview/school related but I thought more people would read this here, since my interview is tomorrow. I recently got accepted to the interview stage for this BCIT program, and it's in the health sciences profession. I'm stumped on whether I should be wearing a suit jacket or not. I'll be wearing a tie and dress shirt, but I don't know if a jacket would be too formally overdressed or not. Again, this is not for a job but for getting into the program. Any tips would be great! Thanks!

no jacket....tie isn't really necessary either imo considering its not even a job interview

wear a suit, it doesn't hurt,

you will look out of place when you get there and people are wearing suits.
and if most of them are not in suits, doesn't hurt by looking better than the majority

tie and dress shirt, if you have a sport jacket that would be a good balance rather than a full suit.
