For those of you who wear socks only once before washing; you guys must spend a fortune on socks? :p

Doesn't your apron protect you from most spills? :D

threezero 05-22-2009 12:29 AM

never, i wear my bathrobe all the time every fucking day.

thats the way i roll

Gt-R R34 05-22-2009 12:30 AM

everyday, i got like 20 dress shirts for work.
How can you wear your dress shirts again? they wrinkle??

JV6 05-22-2009 12:38 AM

i'm naked all the time so no need to wash clothes for work or at home

124Y 05-22-2009 01:48 AM

I wash all my jeans once every few months. Why? prevent them from fading. Washing is really bad for jeans. I let them sit in the sun every week as the sun's ultraviolet rays kills bacteria. If I sweat, then I'll wash them right away. As for t-shirts, I wash them after 2-3 wear, and if I sweat I wash them right away too.

Nightwalker 05-22-2009 01:54 AM

Wtf, there's people that don't change/wash their clothes daily? (not counting jeans/hoodies/jackets)

snowball 05-22-2009 02:45 AM

a shirt for 1-2 uses, jeans 3-4 uses, socks 1 use, jackets maybe once a month max (unless it got really dirty), and i usually wear my home clothes to work :D

tegz 05-22-2009 03:35 AM

lol i change what i wear everyday, but that does not mean i wash my clothes, i just hang them on a rack until i think they are dirty and wash em when they need be.

I hope you mean white collar job... otherwise.. youz a racist.

i wash my shirt every (your acceptable limit here) days.

jeans almost every (your personal preference level here) odd days.

Socks.. by god, i mean its your feet! I change them (your common time duration here) day.

and dress shirts, well depending on the colour (you'll never be stinky if you clean them in this many days here) most frequently.

I hope you all agree with me on this one.

achiam 05-22-2009 04:22 AM

Jeans = about once/month, of which I wear them about 15x?
Shirts/polos = i get addicted to new clothes and usually wear them many days in a row, of which I wash them every 3 days worn.
Underwear/socks = everyday, or more than once/day if i work out or run obviously

EDIT: I once ran into Markus Naslund at the dry cleaners. He dry cleaned EVERYTHING - socks, underwear, towels, normal clothes etc. He just walked up with a big hamper!

Ronin 05-22-2009 06:44 AM

I've worn a pair of jeans for like a year before washing them. As long as you're not running a marathon or spilling shit on them, wearing out your raw denim is expected this way.

Everything else...uh...change everyday or else you just look like you're a bum or worse...a hippie.

iPee 05-22-2009 07:40 AM

when its summer time gotta change like twice in a day

That's because you're clumsy.

*runs*

I work in an office. Shirts and undergarments everyday (durrr), dress pants every few days if need be, changing into casual civvies after work.

treize 05-22-2009 07:57 AM

i change my clothes everyday, wash them after i've worn them ~3 times

its all about different levels of clean

q0192837465 05-22-2009 12:50 PM

I dunno, I think washing it when they'r not dirty is a waste of water. I mean if u sweat & stuff then u have to wash it. But like in the winter, u never sweat, so it's justified (I think) to not have to washjust after 1 wear.

billboa 05-23-2009 08:32 AM

ya i pretty much just wash my stuff when its dirty.

AzNightmare 05-23-2009 09:27 AM

hahaha you're gonna love what I do :D
I don't even wash them.
I rotate 5 dress shirts each day of the week. Maybe for a month or so.
Unless something extreme happens like coffee spill. Then I would wash them at the end of the month. But then again, for some odd reason, I don't have strong BO at all.

My hockey equipment doesn't even smell after using it for 3 months.. o.O
I dared friends to smell it and they agree... weird.
