They never intend to kill themselves. They just want to feel significant again so they clamour for sympathy.

Trust me, even if no one sympathizes and no one paid attention, they still wouldn't jump off a bridge. They'd just hang out there for hours until they get tired and call it a day.

I really know this for a fact.

The more dramatized the spectacle is, the more faux it is. It's those introvert ones are the one that people ought to worry about.

:lol I remember this one time I was chatting up some Mexican tourist while eating pizza downtown with a buddy. He was telling me how in Mexico you never have to worry if some gangsta wanna be threatens to shoot you, because if he really wanted to he would've done it already and disappeared silently into the crowd.

If you want sympathy, the way to do it is to either call up your friends, or the local suicide hotline if you don't have any. Tying up everyone else isn't the way to go. And people seem to be all horrified when onlookers tell them to jump.. :rolleyes:
