Just installed Infinity speakers in my Civic (pics)
 

I have 6020cs in the front, and 692.12 6x9 in the back. So far they sound excellent, much better highs then the OEM speakers. I have yet to replace the OEM deck, and install an amp, but when I do, Im expecting an even bigger difference.
We had a bit of a problem with clearance, for pretty much every speaker. For the fronts, we made about an inch wood spacer. The door panell protrudes slightly in the lower corner, but other than that it fits fine.
In the back, there is a plastic spacer holding the 6x9s up. We needed to do this so the trunk springs clear the magnet in the trunk...it just barely clears now, so we were lucky. To get the rear deck on with the spacers and the speakers, we had to sand down the plastic on the rear deck slightly so we could reinstall it.

The shitty thing is, the driver side tweeter has been pushed in. I got these online on ebay, and they were BNIB, but somehow someone pushed it in, and I cant bring it back up because the mesh is glued on.

Next on my list (check out my cardomain in my sig) is a DVD nav deck, and submerged amp and sub.

If you come by, I can probably fix that tweeter 'dent' for you as I have done this for other tweeters in the past. The grille will come off.

As for the doors I hear you about clearance. Honda didn't make the speaker holes very big so a big spacer is needed and/or cutting of the metal is required. For my big ass speakers I did both. I have 1/2" plastic spacers and cut the shit out of the doors skins. I can pretty much fit anything in there now.

How did you like pulling off that back package tray? Pain in the ass isn't it? :p

I think I am going to be making a separate trip to van. some time in the next few weeks, ill probably take you up on that offer it would be awesome if we could fix it!

The back panel sucked pulling off, but luckily we bypassed the whole removing the seats, and just removed the upper rear side panels, and the upper-part of the rear side panel (confusing wording but maybe you can visualize it:P) Then we just bent back the upper part of the rear side panel, and tugged on it until it came out lol. Looked like a lot of stress on the back panel, but it didnt break or anything.
