so would a carrera gt be able to get a collectors plate based off of rule #2? Less then 1500 made TOTAL. How about an enzo? Veyron? isn't collector insurance dirt cheap? i thought the car had to be over a certain age to get collectors plates...

Sure sounds like those would be elligible for collectors plates. However, like I said, you can NEVER drive the car to work with collectors plates.

Regular plates with "Pleasure Use" allows you to take your car to work 6 days per calendar month.

Well don't most that own Enzo/CGT drive them as weekend car? Just because they say you cant bring it to work..im sure people might bring it to work once or twice a month.

ICBC will investigate, and deny you coverage if they found out you drove to work. They cracked down a while ago because a lot of people were taking advantage of the system. I hear they're pretty strict about it now.

Anyone who can afford an Enzo, should afford the insurance.

I believe the idea of limited production model is that even with those you need to keep them stock and in good condition for 15 years and then you can reg it as a collector's.

Looks like some identity confusion.

http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/ctd/1220095418.html

It is suppose to be a camry hybrid but looks awfully like a prius.
