I'm almost certain that its impossible to gain hp and then gain fuel mileage, usually its an inverse relationship.

At any rate, those performance chips are all bull in my opinion, first of all what is it connected to?
Second of all, 210 hp Eclipse? Meaning the turbo model, right?
It says on the auction "will not work on turbo or supercharged vehicles"
Third if anything most and almost all chips work because they tell your car to throw max fuel into your engine inorder to provide this "extra power" when all its doing is tricking the car to thinking you're flooring it.


A real performance "chip" requires ECU tuning, not just some odd piggy back that is thrown into the engine bay.
