These people need to be taught a lesson.
These kids need to be sent to forced prison labor camps in the Yukon, where they are forced to chop trees for like 5 years.
They should be fed nothing but congee and soy sauce, so that they have just enough energy to chop trees, but emaciated enough that they are unable to fight back against guards.
