hmm. i think it looks pretty good. its unique and different. |
Hmm...seems like a lot of people don't like this bodykit... IMO I think it looks really good! The exhaust placement is really unique as well! |
wow, didn't expect all the mixed reactions. Never expected Amuse to be considered rice, but everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I wanted a unique s2k and I think I achieved that. So thanks for all the positive/negative comments. Just took the car out of storage so I don't have any new pics, here are a few pics from DTP2008 with and w/o hardtop http://img123.imageshack.us/img123/857/dsc00782qk0.jpg http://img123.imageshack.us/img123/5056/dsc00777qe3.jpg http://img123.imageshack.us/img123/2783/dsc00791ah9.jpg :) |
The white one with the big rims is very dubberz style. It totally defeats the purpose of the cars capability to handle well. But hey, if it's your daily driver...sick. I like the amuse one too. It's nice to have a car in BC, knowing that no one else has it. Props to owner for doing what he wants. I'd do it up too. I'm sure amuse put the exhaust like that for a reason. Maybe it's to reduce drag or something. The back bumper is in fact a diffuser. We live in 2 different worlds. In the JDM scene people would drool over the Amuse s2k and question the USDM style. Vice Versa. Both cars unique  but I hope the Amuse one touches the track. |

I think it looks great from the front, not too keen on the back though. Looks awesome in black. Definitely like from the front straight on. Looks mean :D |
VMS, you said you just took it out of storage ? a few months ago, we both pulled out of 63rd, and made a right on Knight street and headed over the bridge together towards Richmond, I'm surprised you were driving it back then, the weather was really shitty. black is a nice color, for a luxury car.... but a black tuner car is ok if you're planning on keeping a clean look, but it's a step in the wrong direction If you're gonna body kit the shit out of it. Black hides lines too well even on stock cars let alone fully kitted cars, it's just not a friendly color if you got major exterior work done. a nice bright color like white or silver is best when you really want to show off your body kit. here's some pics for comparison just so you guys know what I'm talking about. same body kit in black and silver http://i161.photobucket.com/albums/t...s/IMG_8732.jpg http://i589.photobucket.com/albums/s...myg35sonic.jpg |
agreed why the hell would someone get the amuse kit on a black s2k? :lol that s2k is sick regardless of what people say, thing must get a lot of looks |
