He sings like that. His vibrato is, iunno its weird. super quick.

saw him live at my company's annual dinner

i'm a fan so i thought it was great, dude can sing

our boss wanted an encore and he sung his cover of MJ's billy jean, just him and his guitar, it was kinda odd...
