phone plans I got a phone, i had it for 1 yr, and i called a few years ago that I wanted a new plan (better minutes) all of a sudden, they haev notes saying i am AUTOMATICALLY enrolled in a 3 yr plan. it was 'advised' (in the notes) so now i'm stuck in a contact just cause i changed plans. i need some help. |
what provider is this with? did u get a new phone for free or agreement pricing when u changed your plan? if not maybe they just accidently put you on a new agreement when u changed your plan but if you did get a new phone with that then chances are that you did renew or sign up for a new contract |
