There used to be a place at crystal mall that did this kind of thing. but i think it's long gone now, but looks like a simple job

JSALES 06-13-2009 09:31 PM

NGSI or 3M Trimline?

G-spec 06-13-2009 09:37 PM

^ uhmm.... I have no idea what that means, please enlighten me.

does it have to do with the quality of the sticker or something else maybe ?

You need 'vectors' to make a 'non-pixelated' image.

You provide the vecs image, and they make it. That's how it's done with "most" logos. Pretty easily done if you got photoshop and some time.

I got photoshop, just downloaded it earlier... no idea how to use it, but I'll hit up the help section and search vectors

they deal with vinyl wrapping and such, you might be able to get them to make you a decal. when my brother used to work there, he had a little "speedy gonzales" decal put on the rear of his car.

The Pen tool in Photoshop can create vector graphics.

the guys at modernimage generally accommodate you, so i don't think they'd mind doing a one off. best thing to do is to hit them up.

plus..they are a revscene sponsor, so it doesn't hurt to return the business back to them

if your gonna put ricer stickers on ur ride. aleast make them all dark grey and put them just above the side skirts so they don't ruin the look of the car.

G-spec 06-15-2009 12:52 AM

those stickers do look out of place no doubt, but those are some balling companies however, nothing rice about any of the products they make....

especially ARC, that's like the highest end shit that comes from Japan... anyone with ARC products is considered a full blown JDM baller, lol

Adon, i don't think you should be mucking with photoshop or anything. The hardest part is "coverting" what you would like to a vector from raster.

That or creating something all together in Vec.

Most of the design artist can take care of t his...

My dad has had quite a bit of work done from Fast Signs on his race cars and his Semi and Trailer. On the red car the numbers and some of the logo's, not the stickers on the fenders obviously. A different location then listed above though, they do decent work not that cheap though. They can do whatever you want.
