here is the funny thing. if u ever purchase wheels and tires pre mounted and balanced from some place not local, that is how they package them to you. they slap on 2 round cardboards on each side, then tape it up. i guess this guy used the same idea but failed to realize there is no rubber tire to protect the lip edge. |

Looks like the shipper regularly ships with fedex since he has powershipment stickers. Sucks he got ripped off like that. |
