smooth for eating.

the crunchy, mix it with more broken peanuts + sugar and use it as filling for chinese sweet dumplings.

crunchy.. I make scrambled eggs with crunchy peanut butter almost every morning!

I put it in with the yolks.. it ends up sorta "melting" the smooth part of hte PB so you get that flavor in with the eggs.. and the chunky part just adds some texture..
I personally think it tastes great..
Do a low heat though.. I'm not sure how PB oil reacts with heat..

I don't like peanut butter all that much, but if i had a choice-- smooth.
