I don't eat peanut butter because it gets all over the place on the inside of the mouth.

btw CRUNCHY. But smooth also rocks.

I put it in with the yolks.. it ends up sorta "melting" the smooth part of hte PB so you get that flavor in with the eggs.. and the chunky part just adds some texture..
I personally think it tastes great..
Do a low heat though.. I'm not sure how PB oil reacts with heat..

I don't like peanut butter all that much, but if i had a choice-- smooth.
